Shipping Information from Trust Memorials
MEMORIALS, HEADSTONES, and GRAVESTONES
Our granite memorials and headstones for people are shipped by freight and UPS. Due to shipping restrictions and weight of granite memorials and headstones, we do not ship to residential addresses. We can deliver to a business address or cemetery. Our production lead time for a human memorial or headstone is 4-8 weeks from the time we get the approval from the cemetery or a business address that will accept delivery in writing.
Cemetery Delivery:
Most of our deliveries are sent to the cemetery. Once the cemetery accepts the delivery, they will install the memorial and headtone. There is a good chance that the cemetery will charge you a installation fee. Before delivery of your memorial and headstone, we will contact the cemetery on your behalf for initial approval and send them a copy of the drawing. The cemetery will check the drawing to make sure your monument meets all their requirements and send us their written approval if it does. In the rare case that the cemetery does not approve your memorial you will be notified and we will work with you to solve any issues. Trust Memorials will not deliver to unattended cemeteries. Please call your cemetery to make sure they are staffed during business hours.
Business Delivery:
We can ship to a business if the cemetery is not capable of receiving the shipment. Please make sure you or someone else is there to sign for the delivery.
CREMATION URNS, CREMATION JEWELRY and ACCESSORIES
All cremation urns and keepsake jewelry that are in stock will be shipped within 3 workings days of order placement. Cremation urns and keepsake jewelry will be shipped via UPS. Expected delivery time is 2-10 working days. Some of our in-stock merchandise can be shipped overnight and 2nd day delivery depending on product availability.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Currently, Trust Memorials does not ship its memorial and headstones and memorial accessories internationally including Canada.
