We must be notified within 48 hours after you receive your order if there is a problem. You must contact us prior to any returns to obtain the proper return instructions. If a product was personalized and it was received in damaged condition we reserve the right to replace the item.

Products that have been personalized such as memorials and headstones are non-returnable unless it is defective or incorrect. We will allow you 7 business days from the delivery date to report a defective or incorrect product.
CREMATION URNS AND CREMATION JEWELRY (Non-Personalized Product)
You have 7 business days from the delivery date to return the non-personalized item for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. Product must be in resalable condition. You must be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
